Shoe Service Terms and Conditions:

• Full payment for the service is required upfront to proceed with the order processing. Our system generates an invoice to document the service type you've selected and your personal information for contacting you once it's completed.
• Upon receiving your payment, we will processing your order in the sequence it was received. In case of any issues preventing us from proceeding, a full refund will be issued for your order.
• Once your items are ready, we can only store them for up to six months. We will not be liable for any items left beyond this period.
• After your items are ready, we will send you monthly reminders to collect them.
