Orders & Shipping
Lit Up 21 ships both locally and internationally. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, and typically dispatched within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation (excluding pre-orders). Deliveries are made Monday–Friday between 9AM–5PM, and on Saturdays before 12PM.
Shipping fees vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel. All available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within Malaysia and Singapore for orders above RM500.
Courier Partners
Our Malaysia delivery partners include DHL eCommerce, PosLaju, and CityLink. If you prefer a specific courier, just leave us a note at checkout and we’ll try to accommodate your request.

Note: Shipping times are estimates based on time from dispatch. Customs processing or courier delays may affect delivery timelines. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is in the hands of our courier partners — we appreciate your patience.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
All international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are fully the responsibility of the recipient.
Lit Up 21 does not cover or reimburse these fees, nor are we responsible for delays due to customs. We are also legally required to declare the full value of items on all shipments.
If an order is returned, held, or destroyed due to unpaid duties:

All related fees (including return shipping or storage fees) will be deducted from any eligible refund.

No refunds will be issued for parcels destroyed or abandoned by customs.
Refused Deliveries
If an international order is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes, and it is returned to us:

Any return fees or related charges will be deducted from your refund.

If return costs exceed the item value or the parcel is destroyed, no refund will be issued.
Lit Up 21 is not liable for any loss or delay due to refusal of delivery or customs non-compliance.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Upon dispatch (within 1–2 business days), we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with tracking number, courier info, and estimated delivery date.
If you’ve registered an account, you can also check order status anytime under the ‘My Orders’ section.
Self Pick-Up (Store Collection)
Prefer to pick up in person? You can self-collect your order at our store within 1-2 working days. Available Monday to Sunday during store hours. We’ll notify you by email once your order is ready.
Orders must be collected within 7 days. After that, they’ll be returned to our warehouse. Need it re-shipped? Drop us an email at hello@litup21.com.
